Vac-Gauge 30 is a durable, inexpensive analog gauge (0–30 in. Hg) with a heavy ridged rubber jacket. Vac-Gauge 40D is a digital version offering readings in mBar, mmHg, inHg, and kPa. Both use 1/4" male NPT fittings compatible with AQD quick disconnects.

Vac View 10 — Leak Flow Indicator
Inline leak indicator for instant detection of both high- and low-level leakages within a vacuum bag. Airflow causes an internal ball to oscillate and float, displaying a definite airflow reading against the scale — allowing the size of any leak to be easily quantified. Range 0–4.7 L/min. Vac Saver HT — One-Way Check Valve
One-way check valve used to protect vacuum-bagged parts against vacuum loss. Protects against back pressure when multiple lines are connected to a single vacuum source — closes automatically if a vacuum loss occurs in a part sharing that source. Anodized aluminum, up to 392°F (200°C).

Airpad® Rubber Tooling
Provides uniform pressure distribution during autoclave processing, creating tool-side part quality on the vacuum bag side of the part. Takes high temperature similar to silicone rubbers but will not cause silicone contamination. Can be molded to shape, reinforced with Airtech tooling prepregs, and used to correct faults such as thickness variation, corner consolidation, surface wrinkling, voids, and distortion.

High-shrink flexible polyester tape for mandrel wrapping of aircraft tubular parts, golf shafts, tennis rackets, fishing rods, and similar composite tubes. Honeycomb Holding — Airhold 10 CBS, Corehold P-HA & Corehold HB
A family of products for holding honeycomb core during machining. Airhold 10 CBS is a double-sided fabric-reinforced tape with rubber adhesive on both sides, allowing core removal without residue. Corehold P-HA is a polyester film with a silicone-free synthetic rubber adhesive, ideal for vacuum-table fixation. Corehold HB is a heat-activated backing paper with a modified epoxy coating, non-tacky at room temperature.
